活血消瘿片联合夏枯草胶囊治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎伴结节临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析桥本氏甲状腺炎伴结节患者治疗的过程中采用活血消瘿片联合夏枯草胶囊可以获得的临床效果。方法随机于桥本氏甲状腺炎伴结节治疗的患者中选取38例实施研究,为了公平、公正性,采用随机数字表法将患者分成两组,研究组与参照组各有19例患者,实施治疗的过程中参照组患者将左甲状腺素钠片作为治疗药物,研究组患者将活血消瘿片联合夏枯草胶囊作为治疗药物。结果研究组患者治疗有效率相对于参照组患者来说明显较高,P<0.05。两组患者治疗前中医证候评分、甲状腺体积、甲状腺结节大小、甲状腺抗体水平并无显著统计学差异,P>0.05;治疗后研究组上述指标水平与参照组比较,存在明显统计学意义,P<0.05。两组患者治疗前后甲状腺功能均无显著差异,P>0.05。结论桥本氏甲状腺炎伴结节患者在治疗的过程中联合应用活血消瘿片与夏枯草胶囊是一种相对理想的用药方案,有助于获得更为显著的治疗效果,改善了患者的相关治疗指标水平,值得予以进一步临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of Huoxue Xiaoying tablet combined Prunella vulgaris capsule in the treatment of patients Hashimotomoto's thyroiditis nodules.Methods Thirty-eight patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis nodules were randomly selected for the study.In order to be fair and impartial,the randomized numerical table method was used to group the patients,they were divided into study group(n=19)and control group(n=19).During the course of treatment,the patients in the control group took levothyroxine sodium tablet as a therapeutic drug,the patients in the study group were treated with Huoxue Xiaoying tablet combined with Prunella vulgaris capsule.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment effect of the study group was significantly better,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in TCM symptom score,thyroid volume,thyroid nodule size and thyroid antibody level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in thyroid function between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Huoxue Xiaoying tablet and Prunella vulgaris capsule is a relatively ideal Hashimoto's thyroiditis for the treatment of patients with nodules and is helpful to obtain more significant therapeutic effects,it can improve the level of related therapeutic indexes of patients,and can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
