中药足浴联合大椎穴、合谷穴点刺放血治疗小儿外感风热证头痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究中药足浴联合大椎穴、合谷穴点刺放血治疗小儿外感风热证头痛的临床效果。方法选取江西省上犹县中医院2021年6月-2022年5月外感风热证头痛患儿78例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(39例)和观察组(39例)。对照组患儿采用大椎穴、合谷穴点刺放血治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药足浴治疗。观察两组患儿头痛程度、发作次数、体温变化及临床疗效。结果治疗前两组VAS评分、头痛次数无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组VAS评分更低、头痛次数更少(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿体温无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患儿体温均降低,且从治疗6h后开始,与对照组比较,观察组降低更多(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为74.36%,观察组有效率达92.31%(P<0.05)。结论中药足浴联合大椎穴、合谷穴点刺放血治疗小儿外感风热证头痛的临床效果良好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine foot bath combined with Dazhui point and Hegu point acupuncture and bloodletting in the treatment of children with external wind-heat syndrome headache.Methods 78 children with external wind-heat syndrome headache in our hospital from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group(39 cases)and observation group(39 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with bloodletting at Dazhui point and Hegu point,and the observation group was treated with foot bath combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The severity and frequency of headache,temperature change and clinical effect of the two groups were observed.Results There were no significant differences in VAS score and frequency of headache between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score and frequency of headache in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,body temperature of the two groups decreased,and from 6h after treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group decreased more(P<0.05).The effective rate was 74.36%in the control group and 92.31%in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM foot bath combined with Dazhui point and Hegu point acupuncture and bloodletting have good clinical effect on children with external wind-heat syndrome headache.
