健儿清解液联合利巴韦林喷剂治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的研究

摘　　要：目的观察健儿清解液联合利巴韦林喷剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的治疗效果。方法将2018年5月-2021年4月于天津港口医院就诊的门诊患儿270例随机分成两组。试验组140例,对照组130例,两组患儿均给予常规治疗,对照组咽部及鼻部喷利巴韦林喷剂局部治疗;试验组在利巴韦林喷剂局部治疗基础上,联合健儿清解液口服。统计体温恢复正常时间、口腔内部疱疹消退时间、咽痛消退时间及治疗周期。结果试验组总有效率为94.29%,明显高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05);试验组体温恢复正常时间、口腔疱疹消退时间、咽痛消退时间、治疗周期显著短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组与对照组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健儿清解液联合利巴韦林喷剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎效果良好,可明显减少发热、咽痛等临床表现持续时间,缩短治疗周期,不良反应发生率少。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianer Qingjie liquid combined with ribavirin spray on herpetic angina in children.Methods From May 2018 to April 2021,270 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups.140 patients in the test group and 130 patients in the control group were given general treatment.The control group was given local treatment with ribavirin spray in the pharynx and nose;in the experimental group,on the basis of local treatment with ribavirin spray,Jianer Qingjie liquid was taken orally.The time for temperature to return to normal,the time for oral herpes to subside,the time for pharyngeal pain to subside and the treatment cycle were counted.Results The total effective rate of the test group was 94.29%,significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05);the time for the temperature to return to normal,the time for oral herpes to subside,the time for pharyngeal pain to subside,and the treatment cycle in the test group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the test group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianer Qingjie liquid combined with ribavirin spray is effective in the treatment of herpetic angina in children,which can significantly reduce the duration of clinical manifestations such as fever and sore throat,shorten the treatment cycle,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
