摘　　要：It is late autumn again in Beijing,and time once more for the city's fruit trees tobe harvested.It is difficult to deny that Bejing has great fengshui.When autumn arrives,fruit trees in the city are ripe and the aroma floats between the streets and hutongs(lanes),providing the city's residents with a sense of happiness and nostalgia.There must have been a reason why our ancestors decided to establish their capital here-the persimmons of Fangshan,the white pears of Mentougou,the peaches of Pinggu,the watermelon of Daxing,the strawberries of Changping—each one is mouthwatering.Although life is convenient now,and fruits and vegetables are available in the market year-round,the unique fragrance of fruits in autumn still moves the hearts of the people.
