摘 要:目的建立苗药大蝎子草药材和标准汤剂的HPLC指纹图谱,并对15批大蝎子草药材进行化学模式识别分析。方法根据《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》建立黔产苗药大蝎子草15批药材及标准汤剂的指纹图谱并对两者中的对羟基肉桂酸进行含量测定;采用SPSS26.0统计学软件进行聚类分析、主成分分析;采用SIMCA 14.1统计软件进行偏最小二乘判别分析。结果15批大蝎子草药材指纹图谱确立了11个共有峰,标准汤剂确认了8个共有峰,指认出峰9为对羟基肉桂酸。聚类分析结果显示,15批大蝎子草药材可聚为两类。主成分分析结果显示,前3个主成分的累计方差贡献率为83.385%。偏最小二乘判别分析筛选出造成不同产地差异的6个色谱峰。结论大蝎子草药材和标准汤剂指纹图谱、主要成分基本一致,该方法可用于大蝎子草药材质量控制的研究。Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Miao medicine Girardinia diversifolia and standard decoction,and to recognize 15 batches of Girardinia diversifolia by chemical patterns.Methods According to“Chinese Medicine Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System”,fingerprints of 15 batches of medicinal materials and standard decoction of Miao medicine Girardinia diversifolia from Guizhou were established and the content of p-hydroxycinnamic acid was determined.SPSS 26.0 was used in cluster analysis and principal component analysis.SIMCA 14.1 was used in partial least squares discriminant analysis.Results Totally 11 common peaks for Girardinia diversifolia and 8 common peaks for standard decoction were confirmed in the fingerprints of the 15 batches.Peaks 9 was identified as p-hydroxycinnamic acid.Cluster analysis showed that 15 batches of Girardinia diversifolia were grouped into two.Principal component analysis showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate of the first three principal components reached 83.385%.Partial least square discriminant analysis was used to screen out 6 chromatographic peaks which caused the difference between different from areas.Conclusion The fingerprints and main components of the Girardinia diversifolia herbs and standard decoction are basically the same.The method can be used to control the quality of Girardinia diversifolia.
