摘　　要：化疗是现代治疗恶性肿瘤的重要治疗方式,但是化疗具有选择性低、不良反应大等问题,严重影响患者的生命质量。经典方剂小柴胡汤可有效改善化疗引起的毒副作用,同时协同增强化疗的抗肿瘤活性。目前,小柴胡汤联合化疗已应用于肝癌、乳腺癌、肺癌等恶性肿瘤的治疗。现代研究表明,小柴胡汤对化疗增效减毒作用主要体现在促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、调节信号通路、逆转化疗耐药、增强免疫力等方面。本文结合国内外文献,总结了小柴胡汤对化疗增效减毒的作用机制,并对其临床应用进行综述。Chemotherapy is an important treatment for malignant tumors,but due to low selectivity and side effects,chemotherapy seriously affect the quality of life of patients.The classical formula Xiaochaihu decoction can effectively reduce the toxic effects caused by chemotherapy,while synergistically enhancing the anti-tumor activity of chemotherapy.At present,Xiaochaihu decoction combined with chemotherapy has been applied in the treatment of liver cancer,breast cancer,lung cancer and other malignant tumors.Modern studies have shown that the efficacy and toxicity-reducing effects of Xiaochaihu decoction on chemotherapy are mainly reflected in promoting apoptosis of tumor cells,regulating signaling pathways,mitigation of chemotherapy resistance,and enhancing the immunity.This paper summarized the mechanism of effect of Xiaochaihu decoction on the efficacy and toxicity reduction of chemotherapy,and reviewed its clinical application based on domestic and foreign literatures.
