医院新型供应链SPD管理模式在中心药房药品管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨医院新型供应链供应-加工-配送(SPD)管理模式在中心药房的应用效果,为中心药房药品智慧物流体系的建设提供一定参考。方法将新型供应链SPD物流管理模式应用于中心药房药品管理,并对SPD物流管理模式下与原系统管理模式下的药品调剂效率、请领验收效率、盘点效率、药品调剂差错率及账物相符率进行对比观察。结果与原系统管理模式相比较,SPD物流管理模式下的药品调配过程虽然增加了扫码步骤,但可以显著降低药品调剂差错率且并未降低中心药房的药品调剂效率。除此以外,该模式下的药品请领验收效率、盘点效率及账物相符率明显提高。结论医院新型供应链SPD管理模式在中心药房药品管理中应用良好,提高了工作效率和药学服务质量,实现了药品管理工作的精细化和信息化,有一定的应用前景。Objective To determine the effect of new supply-processing-distribution(SPD)management model of hospital supply chain in the central pharmacy to provide reference for the establishment of drug smart logistics system.Methods The SPD model was used for drug management in the central pharmacy.The drug dispensing efficiency,requisition and acceptance efficiency,inventory efficiency,drug dispensing error rate and account conformity rate were compared between the new SPD management model and the original system.Results Compared with that of the original system,the drug dispensing efficiency of the central pharmacy was not reduced despite the extra scanning step.On the contrary,it significantly reduced the error rate of drug dispensing.In addition,the efficiency of drug requisition,drug acceptance,inventory efficiency and compliance rate of accounts and goods were significantly improved.Conclusion The new SPD management model improves the work efficiency and the quality of pharmaceutical service,and refines and informatizes drug management with a good application prospect.
