摘　　要：动脉粥样硬化(AS)是由脂质沉积引起的慢性炎症性疾病,其病变部位易引起不稳定斑块脱落,导致血栓形成,最终可能导致心肌梗死和中风等不良心脑血管事件发生。转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)信号通路参与调控多种细胞生长、分化、凋亡等过程,在AS主要发病机制与治疗中发挥着关键作用。近年来,中医药靶向TGF-β信号通路,调控AS内脂质沉积、内皮功能损伤及稳定斑块,为减轻AS患者症状及改善预后提供有效帮助。现将从TGF-β信号通路在AS中的作用机制及中医药靶向调节TGF-β信号通路防治AS方面进行综述,以期为预防和延缓AS及其并发症提供更多的临床应用方向。Atherosclerosis(AS)is a chronic inflammatory disease caused by lipid deposition.The shedding of unstable plaque leads to thrombosis and even cerebrovascular events such as myocardial infarction and stroke.Transforming growth factor(TGF-β)signaling pathway is involved in the regulation of cell growth,differentiation,apoptosis,and other processes,playing a key role in the pathogenesis and treatment of AS.In recent years,the Chinese medical therapies targeting the TGF-βsignaling pathway have been employed to regulate lipid deposition,ameliorate endothelial dysfunction,and stabilize plaques,alleviating the symptoms and improving the prognosis of AS patients.This paper summarizes the mechanisms of Chinese medical therapies in the prevention and treatment of AS via TGF-βsignaling pathway,aiming to provide insights for the prevention and delay of AS and its complications.
