摘　　要：针刺麻醉是一种新型的麻醉手段,于20世纪50年代开始应用于临床。通过检索近10年来国内有关针刺麻醉的文献,论述针刺麻醉的临床应用及腧穴配伍。针刺麻醉的临床应用体现在可以减少麻醉剂使用量、减轻手术疼痛、降低术后不良反应、保护脏器功能、调整围手术期免疫功能等方面。总结针刺麻醉的常用腧穴,对不同手术部位的取穴进行分析。归纳针刺麻醉目前存在的局限性,并提出针刺麻醉研究未来发展的4点建议。Acupuncture anesthesia as a new type of anesthesia has been used in clinical practice since the 1950s.The articles about acupuncture anesthesia published in Chinese in the last decade were retrieved,and the clinical application and acupoint compatibility of acupuncture anesthesia were reviewed.The clinical application of acupuncture anesthesia can reduce the use of anesthetics,surgical pain,and postoperative adverse reactions,protect organ functions,and adjust perioperative immune function.The common acupoints for acupuncture anesthesia were summarized,and the selection of acupoints at different surgical sites was analyzed.In view of the current limitations of acupuncture anesthesia,this paper put forward four suggestions for the future research on acupuncture anesthesia.
