全球产业链重构背景下印度制造业优势及其对我国的影响

摘　　要：受政治、经济、机制和自然等多重因素影响,全球产业链、供应链、价值链正在经历深刻调整,全球链变已成为当前世界经济的显著特征。得益于人口红利丰厚、投资环境改善、支持政策加码、中美博弈升级、中国经济转型等一系列利好因素,印度吸引了大量产业转移,推动了该国制造业发展。实证分析结果也表明,尽管印度制造业融入全球产业分工体系的程度还较低,但其中端制造业在全球价值链体系中的竞争优势在增强。这对中国造成了增加供应链风险、阻碍经济增长、制约科技创新、加剧贸易摩擦、激化政治风险等威胁与隐忧。中国应采取制造业升级转型、打造内需市场、深化改革开放、经济发展数字化等举措以维持中国在全球链变中的竞争优势。Affected by multiple factors such as politics economy mechanism and nature global industrial chains supply chains and value chains are undergoing profound adjustments and global chain change has become a prominent feature of the current world economy.Benefiting from a series of factors such as rich demographic dividends improved investment environment increased support policies upgrading of the Sino US game and China̓s economic transformation India has attracted a large number of industrial transfers promoting the development of the country̓s manufacturing industry.The empirical analysis results also indicate that although the degree of integration of India̓s manufacturing industry into the global industrial division system is still relatively low the competitive advantage of the mid⁃range manufacturing industry in the global value chain system is increasing.This poses hidden threats and worries to China such as increasing supply chain risks hindering economic growth restricting technological innovation intensifying trade friction and intensifying political risks.Therefore China should take measures such as upgrading and transforming its manufacturing industry creating a domestic demand market deepening reform and opening up and digitizing its economic development to maintain its competitive advantage in the global chain.
