和胃降逆膏穴位贴敷治疗老年肺癌患者顺铂化疗所致胃肠道反应的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨和胃降逆膏穴位贴敷治疗老年肺癌患者顺铂化疗所致胃肠道反应的应用价值。方法100例老年肺癌化疗患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组采用含顺铂方案化疗+常规止吐药物治疗,观察组采用含顺铂方案化疗+常规止吐药物+和胃降逆膏穴位贴敷治疗。对比两组患者胃肠道反应发生率及严重程度。结果观察组延迟性恶心0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ级分别为38、10、2、0、0、0例,延迟性呕吐分别为44、4、2、0、0、0例,食欲减退分别为28、13、9、0、0、0例,腹胀分别为21、23、6、0、0、0例,便秘分别为37、10、2、1、0、0例;对照组延迟性恶心0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ级分别为28、13、4、5、0、0例,延迟性呕吐分别为35、8、5、2、0、0例,食欲减退分别为16、17、15、2、0、0例,腹胀分别为23、19、8、0、0、0例,便秘分别为29、10、7、3、1、0例。观察组患者延迟性恶心、延迟性呕吐、食欲减退发生率低于对照组,延迟性恶心、延迟性呕吐、食欲减退及便秘严重程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者腹胀、便秘发生率及腹胀严重程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论行顺铂化疗的老年肺癌患者采用和胃降逆膏穴位贴敷治疗的效果显著,可有效改善临床症状,减少胃肠道反应的发生。Objective To discuss the application value of Hewei Jiangni Plaster acupoint application in the treatment of gastrointestinal reaction induced by cisplatin-based chemotherapy in elderly patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with lung cancer chemotherapy were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cisplatin-based chemotherapy and conventional antiemetic drugs,and the observation group was treated with cisplatin-based chemotherapy,conventional antiemetic drugs and Hewei Jiangni Plaster acupoint application.The incidence and severity of gastrointestinal reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,there were 38,10,2,0,0,0,0,0 cases of grade 0,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤdelayed nausea,44,4,2,0,0,0,0 cases of delayed vomiting,28,13,9,0,0,0,0 cases of anorexia,21,23,6,0,0,0,0 cases of abdominal distension,37,10,2,1,0,0 cases of constipation.In the control group,there were 28,13,4,5,0,0 cases of grade 0,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴdelayed nausea,35,8,5,2,0,0 cases of delayed vomiting;16,17,15,2,0,0 cases of anorexia;23,19,8,0,0,0 cases of abdominal distension,and 29,10,7,3,1,0 cases of constipation.The incidence rates of delayed nausea,delayed vomiting and anorexia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the severity of delayed nausea,delayed vomiting,anorexia and constipation was lower than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rates of abdominal distension and constipation and the severity of abdominal distension between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hewei Jiangni Plaster acupoint application has a remarkable effect on elderly lung cancer patients with cisplatin-based chemotherapy,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce the occurrence of gastrointestinal reaction.
