膝关节骨关节炎采用人工膝关节置换术治疗的临床效果及对关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析将人工膝关节置换术用于膝关节骨关节炎治疗中的临床价值效果及对关节功能的影响。方法67例膝关节骨关节炎患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(33例)与观察组(34例)。对照组实施常规药物保守治疗,观察组实施人工膝关节置换术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、关节功能评分及生活质量评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.12%高于对照组的72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,观察组疼痛、关节活动度、关节肌力、屈曲畸形、功能以及稳定性评分分别为(23.32±2.15)、(15.36±2.03)、(7.80±0.56)、(7.85±0.91)、(17.52±1.26)、(8.20±0.63)分,高于对照组的(14.55±2.16)、(10.12±1.26)、(4.35±0.85)、(4.89±0.92)、(11.56±1.35)、(4.48±0.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分分别为(79.59±7.02)、(82.28±4.55)、(80.30±6.42)、(83.69±5.85)分,高于对照组的(69.65±6.64)、(71.91±4.32)、(73.69±5.71)、(74.71±5.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将人工膝关节置换术用于膝关节骨关节炎治疗中效果显著,可改善患者关节功能,提升其生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of artificial knee arthroplasty on knee osteoarthritis and its influence on joint function.Methods A total of 67 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into control group(33 cases)and observation group(34 cases)according to the random numerical table.The control group received conservative treatment with convenional drugs,and the observation group received artificial knee arthroplasty.The therapeutic effect,joint function score,and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 94.12%in the observation group was higher than that of 72.73%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of pain,joint range of motion,joint muscle strength,flexion deformity,function and stability of the observation group were(23.32±2.15),(15.36±2.03),(7.80±0.56),(7.85±0.91),(17.52±1.26)and(8.20±0.63)points,which were higher than those of(14.55±2.16),(10.12±1.26),(4.35±0.85),(4.89±0.92),(11.56±1.35)and(4.48±0.89)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life status of the observation group were(79.59±7.02),(82.28±4.55),(80.30±6.42)and(83.69±5.85)points,which were higher than those of(69.65±6.64),(71.91±4.32),(73.69±5.71)and(74.71±5.42)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is significant,which can improve the patients'joint function and improve their quality of life.
