摘 要:目的探讨脉冲模式光子治疗仪对慢性难愈创面的应用效果。方法60例慢性难愈创面患者,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者进行光子治疗仪连续模式照射治疗,观察组患者进行光子治疗仪脉冲模式照射治疗。比较两组感染控制时间、创面结痂时间和创面愈合时间,干预前后炎症因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平,临床效果。结果观察组感染控制时间、创面结痂时间和创面愈合时间分别为(5.6±1.8)、(6.8±2.3)、(7.9±2.8)d,均短于对照组的(8.9±2.8)、(10.8±3.6)、(13.5±4.1)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,观察组和对照组hs-CRP分别为(16.5±3.2)、(16.7±3.3)mg/L,TNF-α分别为(144.7±18.7)、(145.4±20.2)ng/L,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组和对照组hs-CRP分别为(7.3±1.2)、(11.4±2.1)mg/L,TNF-α分别为(30.7±5.5)、(43.5±8.9)ng/L;两组干预后hs-CRP、TNF-α均低于本组干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性难愈创面使用光子治疗仪的脉冲模式功能干预可有效促进创面愈合,抑制炎症反应,临床治疗效果理想。Objective To discuss the application effect of photon therapeutic apparatus in pulse mode for the treatment of chronic refractory wounds.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic refractory wounds were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with photon therapeutic apparatus in continuous mode,and the observation group was treated with photon therapeutic apparatus in pulse mode.Both groups were compared in terms of infection control time,wound scab formation time,wound healing time,and the levels of inflammatory factors[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]before and after intervention,and clinical effect.Results The infection control time,wound scab formation time and wound healing time of the observation group were(5.6±1.8),(6.8±2.3)and(7.9±2.8)d,which were shorter than those of(8.9±2.8),(10.8±3.6)and(13.5±4.1)d of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,hs-CRP was(16.5±3.2)mg/L in the observation group and(16.7±3.3)mg/L in the control group;TNF-αwas(144.7±18.7)ng/L in the observation group and(145.4±20.2)ng/L in the control group,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,hs-CRP was(7.3±1.2)mg/L in the observation group and(11.4±2.1)mg/L in the control group;TNF-αwas(30.7±5.5)ng/L in the observation group and(43.5±8.9)ng/L in the control group,which were lower than those before intervention in this group;the observation group was lower than the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than that of 70.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The photon therapeutic apparatus in pulse mode for chronic refractory wounds can effectively promote wound healing and inhi
