经阴道超声和腹部超声诊断异位妊娠的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道超声和腹部超声诊断异位妊娠的临床价值。方法60例异位妊娠患者为研究对象,根据诊断方法不同分为实验组与对照组,各30例。对照组应用腹部超声检查,实验组应用经阴道超声检查。比较两组的诊断结果及超声影像表现结果。结果实验组诊断准确率为96.67%、误诊率为0、漏诊率为3.33%,均优于对照组的66.67%、13.33%、20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组附件包块<3 cm、胚芽、盆腔积液、宫内假孕囊检出率分别为96.67%、86.67%、93.33%、96.67%,均明显高于对照组的73.33%、63.33%、66.67%、80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声检查能够提高异位妊娠患者的诊断准确率,诊断效果更加理想,为临床治疗提供重要的参考依据,值得推广。Objective To discuss the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy were studied,and were divided into experimental group and control group according to different diagnosis methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group applied abdominal ultrasound,and the experimental group applied transvaginal ultrasound.The diagnostic results and ultrasonographic findings of the two groups were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,the misdiagnosis rate was 0,and the missed diagnosis rate was 3.33%,all of which were better than those of 66.67%,13.33%,and 20.00%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of adnexal mass<3 cm,germ,pelvic fluid,and intrauterine pseudopregnant sac in the experimental group were 96.67%,86.67%,93.33%,and 96.67%,all of which were significantly higher than those of 73.33%,63.33%,66.67%,and 80.00%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accuracy rate of ectopic pregnancy,and the diagnostic effect is more ideal.It provides an important reference basis for clinical treatment,and is worthy of popularization.
