祛白膏联合聚焦超声治疗肝肾阴虚型外阴白斑的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析对肝肾阴虚型外阴白斑患者采取祛白膏联合聚焦超声治疗的临床疗效。方法72例肝肾阴虚型外阴白斑患者,以随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各36例。对照组接受聚焦超声治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上增加中药祛白膏治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率、治疗前后的症状积分。结果治疗组治疗总有效率94.44%高于对照组的72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率5.56%低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组瘙痒、皮肤弹性、皮肤色泽、病变面积积分均低于治疗前,且治疗组瘙痒积分(0.51±0.13)分、皮肤弹性积分(1.18±0.23)分、皮肤色泽积分(1.67±0.21)分、病变面积积分(1.91±0.33)分均低于对照组的(1.93±0.15)、(1.56±0.17)、(2.00±0.28)、(1.16±0.26)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝肾阴虚型外阴白斑患者采用祛白膏联合聚焦超声治疗效果确切、安全性好,具有较高应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Qubai ointment combined with focused ultrasound in the treatment of liver-kidney yin deficiency type of vulvar leukoplakia.Methods A total of 72 patients with liver-kidney yin deficiency type of vulvar leukoplakia were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received focused ultrasound treatment,and the treatment group was additionally treated with traditional Chinese medicine Qubai ointment.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions,and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44%,which was higher than that of 72.22%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was 5.56%,which was lower than that of 25.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pruritus,skin elasticity,skin color and lesion area in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the treatment group had pruritus score of(0.51±0.13)points,skin elasticity score of(1.18±0.23)points,skin color score of(1.67±0.21)points and lesion area score of(1.91±0.33)points,which were lower than those of(1.93±0.15),(1.56±0.17),(2.00±0.28)and(1.16±0.26)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Qubai ointment and focused ultrasound in the treatment of patients with liver-kidney yin deficiency type of vulvar leukoplakia is effective and safe,and has high application value.
