远红外线与紫外线联合康复训练对跟骨骨折切开复位内固定术患者踝关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨跟骨骨折切开复位内固定术患者行远红外线与紫外线联合康复训练对其踝关节功能的影响。方法86例跟骨骨折切开复位内固定术患者,借由随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组术后行基础护理,观察组在对照组基础上行远红外线与紫外线联合康复训练。对比两组患者足部功能评分,跟骨交叉角、结节关节角改善情况,并发症发生情况,满意度及依从性评分。结果护理后,两组足部功能评分高于本组护理前,且观察组足部功能评分(81.17±5.13)分高于对照组的(70.23±4.65)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.98%,显著低于对照组的25.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组跟骨交叉角、跟骨结节关节角均大于本组护理前,且观察组跟骨交叉角(103.41±1.35)°、跟骨结节关节角(19.92±3.14)°均大于对照组的(91.47±2.04)°、(16.87±3.25)°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为95.35%,高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组依从性评分(90.61±4.82)分,高于对照组的(78.24±3.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跟骨骨折切开复位内固定术患者术后行远红外线与紫外线联合康复训练的护理效果显著,足部功能得以恢复,并发症较少,不失为安全、有效的护理方法,值得推广。Objective To discuss the effect of far infrared ray and ultraviolet ray combined with rehabilitation training on ankle function in calcaneal fracture patients treated with open reduction and internal fixation.Methods A total of 86 cases of calcaneal fracture patients treated with open reduction and internal fixation were divided into observation group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing after surgery,and the observation group received far infrared ray and ultraviolet ray in combination with rehabilitation training.The foot function score,improvement of Gissane's angle and Bohler's angle,complications,satisfaction and compliance scores were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the foot function in both groups was higher than that before nursing in this group,and the foot function of(81.17±5.13)points in the observation group was higher than that of(70.23±4.65)points in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 6.98%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that of 25.58%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Gissane's angle and Bohler's angle in both groups were greater than those before nursing in this group;the Gissane's angle of(103.41±1.35)°and Bohler's angle of(19.92±3.14)°in the observation group were greater than those of(91.47±2.04)°and(16.87±3.25)°in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than that of 76.74%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance score of(90.61±4.82)points in the observation group was higher than that of(78.24±3.52)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of far infrared ray and ultraviolet ray combin
