摘 要:随着物联网、云计算等新一代信息技术的广泛运用,零售业面临着供应链数字化转型的机遇与挑战。中小型连锁超市作为常见的零售业态之一,其供应链数字化转型势在必行。文章基于供需协同视角,根据供应链各环节的影响因素建立回归模型,分析了中小型连锁超市供应链数字化的影响因素,并基于实证分析结论提出中小型连锁超市可通过建立供应链战略联盟、健全供应链数字化管理体系、培养信息技术人才以及注重营销和服务消费等方式逐步实现供应链数字化转型。With the extensive application of new generation information technologies such as Internet of Things and cloud computing,the retail industry is facing both opportunities and challenges.As one of the most common retail formats,small and medium-sized supermarkets chains are imperative for digital transformation.Based on the perspective of supply-demand synergy,this article proposes to establish a regression model based on the influencing factors of each link in the supply chain,analyzes the influencing factors of supply chain digitization,and proposes based on empirical analysis conclusions that small and medium-sized supermarkets can gradually realize digital transformation through the establishment of a strategic alliance,a sound supply chain digitization management system,the cultivation of information technology personnel,and focus on marketing and services.
