摘 要:在数字化浪潮席卷而来,VUCA(不稳定、不确定、复杂和模糊)时代来临的背景下,“工业4.0”与“互联网+”思维渗透各行各业,成为国家智造新平台、产业升级新路径、核心竞争力新焦点。新经济综合体在为传统经济赋能的同时,对企业组织创新能力也提出了新要求。建立新模式、新方式和新规则,成为企业组织应对新经济结构的必然选择。文章基于信息不对称理论、价值链理论、赋能授权理论等,运用质性分析法,从组织结构、组织人员、组织学习三个维度构建了企业组织创新管理机制,探讨了数字经济背景下企业组织的创新路径。In the context of the sweeping wave of digitization and the advent of the VUCA(volatile,uncertain,complex and ambiguous)era,the“industry 4.0”and“internet+”have penetrated into various industries and become a new platform for national intelligent manufacturing,a new path for industrial upgrading,and a new focus on core competitiveness.While empowering traditional economy,the new economic complex also puts forward new requirements for the innovation capability of enterprises.Establishing new models,methods,and rules has become an emerging trend for enterprise to cope with the new economic mix.According to information asymmetry theory,value chain theory,empowerment theory,this thesis applies qualitative analysis method to construct an innovation management mechanism of enterprise organization from the three dimensions of organizational structure,personnel,and learning,and discusses the innovation path in the context of digital economy.
