摘 要:试验桩单桩竖向抗压静载试验是施工前为桩基设计提供依据的重要检测手段。结合新国展二期项目,针对6根试验桩的静载检测成果,探讨其采用桩侧和桩底注浆等施工工艺后单桩的承载传递规律。采用振弦式传感器测读钢筋应变量,由此得到桩身检测截面轴力分布,最终计算各土层的侧摩阻力。结果表明,各测试断面轴力随着荷载增加而增大,在同级荷载水平下轴力随着深度增加而逐渐减小。对于接近桩底的位置,其侧摩阻力的发挥随荷载增加而呈增大趋势。The vertical compressive static load test of the pilot pile is an important evaluation means of providing a basis for the design of the pile foundation before the construction of important projects.Based on the static load testing results of the six pilot piles in the second-phase of the New International Exhibition project,the characteristics of load transferring of a single pile after using construction techniques such as grouting along the pile side and at the pile bottom are discussed.The strain of the steel reinforcements is measured by the vibrating wire sensor,and the axial force distribution of each detection section along the pile shaft is obtained.Consequently,the shaft friction resistance of each soil layer is calculated.The results show that the axial force of each test section increases with the increasing of the load,and the axial force gradually decreases with the increase of the depth under the same load level.For the section close to the bottom of the pile,the shaft friction resistance increases with the increasing of the load.
