摘　　要：依托郑州某城中村改造项目的工程实例,采用“疏堵结合”的原则,通过对深基坑支护、钢支撑、降排水、地下室防水、结构自防水、肥槽回填等工程防渗漏细部做法的研究,建立地下室整体防渗漏体系。结合现场实际,详细介绍了各环节的防渗漏细部做法,为类似条件下的地下室防渗漏施工提供借鉴。Relying on the engineering example of a village reconstruction project in Zhengzhou,the principle of“combining drainage and blockage”is adopted.Through the research on the detailed seepage prevention methods of deep foundation pit support,steel support,dewatering and drainage,basement waterproofing,structure self-waterproofing and fertilizer tank backfilling,establish an overall anti-leakage system for the basement.Combined with the site practice,the detailed anti-leakage methods of each link are introduced in detail,which provides reference for the basement anti-leakage construction under similar conditions.
