海绵城市技术应用探讨——以铜陵市黑砂河下游地区景观整治为例

摘　　要：海绵城市是指通过城市的开发、保护和建设活动,修复受损的生态系统,恢复或增加其水文功能,最大程度地减少城市开发建设对生态环境所造成的破坏,维护和增强城市生态功能.在现阶段城市化进程中,如何正确处理水问题成为亟待研究的课题.基于海绵城市理念的核心内涵和基本特征进行分析,总结出海绵城市在景观规划设计中的具体运用模式,并以铜陵市黑砂河下游地区景观整治为例,在地形设计、岸线设计、植物设计、海绵城市示范展示设计与配套设施设计几个专项设计中,对海绵城市技术进行了实践运用,并以此反向完善海绵城市技术体系,提出加强人才队伍建设、加强政策导向、加大资金投入、创新工作机制、推广应用新型技术等应对海绵城市技术应用现存问题的对策,以期为海绵城市技术的更新与应用提供理论依据与实践借鉴.Sponge city means to repair the damaged ecosystem,restore or increase its hydrological function,minimize the damage to the ecological environment caused by urban development and construction,and maintain and enhance the urban ecological function through urban development,protection and construction activities.In the current process of urbanization,how to properly handle water issues has become an urgent research topic.In this regard,based on the analysis of the core connotation and basic characteristics of the concept of Sponge city,the specific application mode of sponge city in landscape planning and design was summarized.Taking the landscape renovation of the lower reaches of Heisha River in Tongling City as an example,sponge city technology was applied in practice from several special designs,such as terrain design,shoreline design,plant design,sponge city demonstration design and supporting facilities design,In order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the renewal and application of technology in domestic sponge city in the future,we should improve the technology system of sponge city in the reverse direction,and propose countermeasures to address the existing problems of technology application in sponge city,such as strengthening the construction of talent team,strengthening policy guidance,increasing capital investment,innovating working mechanism,and promoting and applying new technologies.
