中型灌区节水配套改造项目现代化管理探讨

摘　　要：针对平塘县罗甸县坝王河中型灌区的现状以及存在的问题进行分析,进而提出有效的改造措施.经过改造之后,可以在各个方面切实提高平塘县罗甸县坝王河中型灌区改造项目的现代化建设管理水平.从平塘县罗甸县坝王河中型灌区入手,通过构建实用型灌区,完善农业水价形成机制,发展高效节水技术,注重渠道、管道、排水工程的配套改造,通过田间工程配套改造与节水灌溉等措施来优化节水配套改造项目现代化建设管理.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Bawanghe medium-sized irrigation area in Luodian County,Pingtang County,and then puts forward effective transformation measures.After transformation,the modernization management of Bawanghe medium-sized irrigation area transformation project in Luodian County,Pingtang County can be effectively improved in all aspects.Therefore,this paper starts from Bawanghe medium-sized irrigation area in Luodian County,Pingtang County,and improves the modern construction management of water-saving supporting reconstruction projects by building a practical irrigation area,improving the agricultural water price formation mechanism,developing efficient water-saving technology,focusing on the supporting reconstruction of channels,pipelines,drainage projects,supporting reconstruction of field projects,water-saving irrigation and other measures.
