摘　　要：文章以湖南省湘潭市和平公园动物园入口及其周边场所为调研对象,基于环境行为学理论基础,运用多种方法对其进行使用后状况评价(POE),总结游览者的行为偏好特征,研究游览者的行为心理需求和行为模式,然后通过实践调查研究所得数据分析总结场所环境问题。最后针对此,依据合理化与人性化原则、绿色建筑设计原则提出调研场所建筑智慧化改造策略。Based on the theoretical basis of environmental behavior,this paper takes the entrance of Peace Park Zoo and its surrounding places in Xiangtan City,Hunan Province as the research object,uses a variety of methods to evaluate the Post-occupancy evaluation(POE),summarizes the behavioral preference characteristics of tourists,studies the behavioral psychological needs and behavior patterns of tourists,and then summarizes the environmental problems of the place through the analysis of data obtained by practical investigation and research.Finally,based on the principles of rationalization and humanization and the principles of green building design,it proposes the intelligent transformation strategy of the research site building.
