摘 要:建筑施工图深化设计阶段,除了需要对CAD图纸进行建筑节点的细化与建筑方案的继续推敲以外,对建筑进行能耗模拟与节能研究也是十分必要的。文章利用PKPM绿色建筑系列软件中的建筑节能模块对新疆昌吉丹霞气泉谷驿站建筑施工方案进行建筑节能模拟分析,并探究该项目的屋顶简化模型与方案还原模型的建筑节能的差异性,探讨简化能耗计算模型的建模技巧,介绍pkpm软件对于建筑节能模拟的优越性,对接下来进行的图纸审核与方案报批环节与建筑施工环节提出一些建议与参考。In the detailed design stage of building construction drawings,in addition to the refinement of building nodes on CAD drawings and the continuous deliberation of building schemes,it is also very necessary to conduct energy consumption simulation and energy conservation research on buildings.The building energy conservation module in PKPM green building series software is used to conduct simulation analysis of building energy conservation on the building construction scheme of Danxia Qiquan Valley post station in Changji,Xinjiang.This paper also explores the differences of building energy conservation between the simplified roof model and the scheme restoration model of the project,discusses the modeling skills of the simplified energy consumption calculation model,introduces the advantages of PKPM software for building energy conservation simulation,and puts forward some suggestions and references for the next links of drawing review,scheme approval and construction.
