摘  要:目的利用改性ZSM-5分子筛负载Fe高效降解有机胺废水。方法实验采用不同浓度的CH_(3)COONa溶液对ZSM-5分子筛进行改性处理,通过XRD、N_(2)吸附及SEM方法对处理前后的样品进行表征,考查了不同浓度的CH_(3)COONa溶液对ZSM-5分子筛结构特征和物化性能的影响。将处理前后的ZSM-5分子筛负载Fe,进行高浓度有机胺废水的催化降解。结果CH_(3)COONa溶液改性对分子筛晶体形貌影响较小,能够在对分子筛微孔结构破坏程度较小的基础上,形成微孔-介孔多级孔结构。结论当CH_(3)COONa溶液浓度为4 mol/L时,有机胺废水的COD去除率高达93.1%。Objective The aim is to efficiently degrade organic amine wastewater by modified ZSM-5 zeolites loaded Fe.Methods ZSM-5 zeolites were treated with CH_(3)COONa solution of different concentrations,the before and afer treated samples were characterized by XRD,N_(2)adsorption and SEM and effects on the structure and physical and chemical properties of ZSM-5 zeolites were investigated with CH_(3)COONa solution of different concentrations.The ZSM-5 zeolites before and after treatment were loaded Fe and then used for catalytic degradation of organic amine wastewater of high concentration.Results The treatment by CH_(3)COONa solution had a little effect on the crystal morphology of zeolite,and the microporous and mesoporous multilevel pore structure was formed on the basis of keeping the micropore structure less degree damage.Conclusions When the concentration of the CH_(3)COONa solution was 4 mol/L,the COD removal rate of organic amine wastewater reached 93.1%.
