摘  要:畜牧业在我国农业总产值中的比重达33%~36%,所产生畜禽粪污年产量达30.5亿t,若处理不当,将会对周边环境造成严重的危害。本研究以中小型生猪养殖场为例,探讨微生物复合菌剂处理猪粪生产有机肥技术,以期实现猪粪无害化处理。将酵母菌、芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌等有益微生物复合菌剂混合稻草等辅料,通过高温堆肥发酵方式处理猪粪得到有机肥。堆肥初始含水率应控制在40%~65%,在高温期,50℃以上应持续10 d,60℃以上应持续5 d,全过程适宜pH范围为5.5~8.5,总氮量应减少25.84%~28.65%。The proportion of animal husbandry in China's total agricultural output value reaches 33%-36%,and the annual output of livestock and poultry manure is 3.05 billion tons.Improper handling will cause serious harm to the surrounding environment.Taking small and medium-sized pig farms as an example,this study discussed the technology of producing organic fertilizer by treating pig manure with microbial compound bacteria,in order to realize the harmless treatment of pig manure.Organic fertilizer can be obtained by mixing the beneficial microbial compound agent such as yeast,bacillus and lactic acid bacteria with straw and other auxiliary materials,and treating pig manure by high temperature composting and fermentation.The initial moisture content of the compost should be controlled at 40%-65%,in the high temperature period,it should last for 10 days above 50℃,and it should last for 5 days above 60℃.The suitable pH value of the whole process is 5.5-8.5,and the total nitrogen content should be reduced by 25.84%-28.65%.
