摘　　要：目的:探讨青少年抑郁症患者自伤自杀行为与血脂水平及甲状腺功能的相关性。方法:纳入2017年7月至2020年7月西安交通大学第一附属医院住院青少年抑郁症患者230例,收集其一般资料,检测其血脂4项及甲状腺功能3项,比较自伤自杀组和无自伤自杀组各项指标,采用Logistic回归方法分析自伤自杀组的影响因素。结果:与无自伤自杀行为组相比,青少年抑郁症女性、非独生子女家庭、病程较长易出现自伤自杀行为(P<0.05),其血脂中高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平较低(P<0.05)。两组游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素及促甲状腺激素水平均无统计学意义。结论:青少年抑郁症患者的自伤自杀行为与女性、病程长、人际关系差及HDL水平有关。Objective:To investigate the correlation among the behavior of self-injurious suicidal and the levels of blood lipid and the function of thyroid in adolescent depressed patients.Method:A total of 230 adolescent patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from July 2017 to July 2020 were enrolled in this study.The genral data were collected;the Blood lipid four indexes and thyroid function three indexes were measured and compared between group.The Logistic regression method was adopted to analyze the fluencing factors of self-injurious suicidal behaviors.Results:Compared with the group without self-injurious suicidal behavior,patients with female adolescent,multiple-child family and longer course of disease showed more self-injury and suicide behaviors and had lower level of high density lipoprotein(HDL)(P<0.05).There were no differences among the levels of free triiodothyronine,free thyroxine and thyroid stimulating hormone.Conclusion:Self-injurious and suicidal behavior among adolescents with depression are associated with female,longer course of disease,interpersonal relationship as well as the levels of HDL.
