摘　　要：通过USY分子筛载体上负载Pt制备Pt/USY催化剂,考察Pt/USY催化剂对四氢萘选择性开环反应的影响。结果表明,USY分子筛载体负载Pt后,四氢萘转化率提高,且明显改善开环的选择性。通过工艺条件的研究,得知在空速为2 h^(-1)、氢油体积比为750∶1、反应压力为4 MPa和反应温度为280℃时,Pt_(0.4)/USY催化剂性能最好,四氢萘转化率大于99%,C_(10)产物收率大于94%,开环选择性高于38%。Pt/USY catalyst was prepared by loading Pt onto USY zeolite and investigated in the selective ring-open reaction of tetralin.The results show that the conversion of tetralin and selectivity of ring-open reaction can be significantly improved after loading Pt.Through the study of process conditions,Pt_(0.4)/USY catalyst has the best performance when the space velocity is 2 h^(-1),hydrogen oil volume ratio is 750∶1,pressure is 4 MPa and reaction temperature is 280℃.Under this condition,the conversion of tetralin can be more than 99%,the yield of C_(10)product is>94%,and the ring-open selectivity is more than 38%.
