摘  要:由于碳四硫酸烷基化装置过剩异丁烷中含有微量的二氧化硫,极易造成烷烃脱氢装置催化剂中毒,严重影响脱氢催化剂的活性和寿命。陕西延长石油(集团)有限责任公司延安石油化工厂300 kt·a^(-1)混合烷烃催化脱氢装置采用中国石油大学(北京)开发的固定床吸附法脱硫技术,对混合烷烃脱氢装置使用的原料异丁烷进行深度脱硫,以确保异丁烷质量满足混合烷烃脱氢装置的进料要求。工业应用结果表明,脱硫后的异丁烷中硫体积分数小于0.0001%,能够满足后续烷烃脱氢装置对硫含量苛刻要求,脱硫吸附剂再生性能好,工艺简单,操作条件温和。Due to the trace amount of sulfur dioxide in excess isobutane in carbotetrasulfate alkylation unit,it is easy to cause catalyst poisoning in alkane dehydrogenation unit,which seriously affects the activity and life of dehydrogenation catalyst.The 300 kt·a^(-1) mixed paraffin catalytic dehydrogenation unit in Yan’an Petrochemical Plant of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum(Group)Co.,Ltd.adopts the fixed bed adsorption desulfurization technology developed by China University of Petroleum(Beijing)to deeply desulfurize the raw material isobutane used in the mixed paraffin dehydrogenation unit,so as to ensure that the quality of isobutane meets the feed requirements of the mixed paraffin dehydrogenation unit.The industrial application results show that the sulfur content in the desulfurized isobutane is less than 0.0001%(volume fraction),which can meet the strict requirement of sulfur content in the subsequent paraffin dehydrogenation plant.The desulfurization adsorbent has good regeneration performance,simple process and mild operating conditions.
