摘  要:改进以氧化铝为载体含铂旧催化剂的回收方法。用硫酸溶解氧化铝载体时,加入硫酸铵生成硫酸铝铵复盐,铂的富集渣用王水溶解后与氯化钾反应,制备的粗氯铂酸钾与亚硝酸钾反应生成四亚硝基合铂酸钾溶液,调节溶液pH=7~8水解除去杂质,然后四亚硝基合铂酸钾与盐酸和过氧化氢溶液反应生成氯铂酸钾,还原后得到铂单质。提纯后得到纯度大于99.9%的铂,直收率大于98.1%,适合工业化生产。Recovery method of Pt containing waste Pt/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst was improved.When Al_(2)O_(3)support was dissolved by sulfuric acid,NH_(4)Al(SO_(4))_(2) were synthesized by the reaction of Al_(2)O_(3),H_(2)SO_(4)and(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)in order to improve the enrichment of platinum.The crude K_(2)PtCl_(6)was synthesized by the reaction of crude platinum,aqua regia and KCl,and the K_(2)Pt(NO_(2))4 solution was synthesized by the reaction of the crude K_(2)PtCl_(6)and KNO_(2).The solution was hydrolyzed by adjusting pH=7-8,and then K_(2)PtCl_(6)was synthesized by the reaction of K_(2)Pt(NO_(2))4 with HCl and hydrogen peroxide solution.K_(2)PtCl_(6)was reduced by hydrazine to get platinum.The purity of the platinum was>99.9%,yield>98.1%.This method has the potential to be industrialized.
