摘 要:分别采用盐酸、草酸对工业装置排放的废MTP催化剂进行脱铝改性,利用XRD、XRF、N_(2)吸附-脱附、^(27)Al NMR、^(29)Si NMR等方法对其进行表征,并考察不同种类的酸脱铝对废MTP催化剂结构及有机物吸附性能的影响。结果表明,盐酸主要脱除废MTP催化剂骨架铝,草酸不仅脱除废MTP催化剂骨架铝还溶解了部分非骨架铝。废MTP催化剂经酸脱铝后,孔道增大,暴露出更多的比表面积,有效改善了其有机物吸附性能。The dealumination of spent MTP catalyst emitted by industrial devices was carried out with aqueous solutions of hydrochloric acid and oxalic acid,respectively.The spent MTP catalyst before and after dealumination was characterized by XRD,XRF,N_(2)adsorption-desorption,^(27)Al MAS NMR,and^(29)Si MAS NMR.The effects of dealumination using different acids on the structure and adsorption properties of were investigated.The result showed that the framework Al could be removed by hydrochloric acid and oxalic acid,and extra-framework Al could also be removed by oxalic acid.After dealumination,the pores were enlarged and more specific surface area was exposed,which effectively improves the adsorption performance of organic compound compared to that catalyzed by parent sample.
