摘  要:CO_(2)腐蚀是制约CO_(2)驱油与埋存注入井筒安全平稳生产的关键问题,由于注入介质与服役环境的特殊性,导致CO_(2)注入井油管因应力腐蚀而失效,大量研究认为,吉林油田CO_(2)驱注气井环境的低温、CO_(2)、细菌及H2S等因素是造成油管硫化物应力腐蚀的主要原因,因此寻找一种适合注气井酸性高压服役环境应力腐蚀的评价方法尤为重要。采用不同试验温度、腐蚀溶液、H2S制备方法和加载方式等试验方法,对油管钢应力腐蚀及腐蚀形貌进行分析测定,建立了适用于吉林油田CO_(2)驱注气井环境的油管钢应力腐蚀分析技术及评价方法。通过油基环空保护液应用,阻断了应力腐蚀敏感环境,提高了注入管柱的应力腐蚀防护性能,矿场试验防治效果良好。CO_(2)corrosion is the key problem that restricts the safe and stable production of CO_(2)flooding and storage injection wellbore.Due to the particularities of injection medium and service environment,the tubing of CO_(2)injection well is fractured.A large number of studies have suggested that low temperature,CO_(2),bacteria and H2S in CO_(2)injection wells in Jilin oilfield are the main causes of sulfide stress corrosion.Therefore,it is particularly important to find an evaluation method suitable for stress corrosion in acid high‑pressure service environment of gas injection wells.Through the determination of test temperature,corrosion solution,preparation method of H2S and loading mode,and the analysis and determination of stress corrosion and corrosion morphology of tubing steel by different experimental methods,the stress corrosion analysis technology and evaluation method of tubing steel for CO_(2)injection well environment in Jilin oilfield were established.The application of oil‑based annular protection fluid can block the stress corrosion sensitive environment and improve the stress corrosion protection performance of the injection string.Field tests show that the control effect is good,and stress corrosion almost does not occur in this environment.
