摘  要:海上风电导管架建设过程中TKY节点的焊接相对比较复杂,常规采用手工电弧焊打底,药芯焊丝电弧焊进行单面焊接。为减少TKY节点的焊接变形和应力集中问题,采用GFL-71Ni焊丝、FCAW双面焊焊接工艺,对S355NL导管架TKY节点进行了焊接工艺试验,并对焊接接头进行了理化性能和无损检测,结果表明,焊接接头各项性能完全符合项目规格书及相关标准的要求。该焊接方法能够提高焊接效率、节约成本,可为导管架TKY节点的焊接提供借鉴。The welding of TKY joints during the construction of offshore wind power jacket is relatively complicated.The manual arc welding is commonly used for the root pass welding and fluxcored wire arc welding is used for single side welding.In order to reduce the welding deformation and stress concentration of TKY nodes,GFL-71Ni welding wire and FCAW double‑sided welding process were used to carry out welding process tests on the S355NL TKY nodes of jacket,and the physical and chemical properties and nondestructive tests were performed on the welded joints.The results showed that the performance of the welded joint adapts to the requirements of the project specifications and standards.The welding process can improve the welding efficiency and save costs.It can provide reference for the TKY nodes welding of jacket.
