摘 要:基于丝印技术制备织物基碳电极,并进行葡萄糖氧化酶的修饰。探究不同外接互联对织物基碳电极电化学性能的影响,再选取最优外接互联方式制备不同织物密度的电极传感系统,评价其电化学性能。结果显示:丝印织物基电极可用于葡萄糖监测用传感系统,利用双组分环氧导电胶胶接互联有利于传感系统获得长久且稳定的测试结果,且织物密度影响电极传感系统的电化学有效面积。同时,使用最优方案制备的葡萄糖传感系统灵敏度为302.86 (μA·L)/mol,在葡萄糖浓度为50~250μmol/L时其所获取的电流具有良好的线性响应性。该传感系统能够满足汗液中微小含量葡萄糖的检测要求。研究结果为汗液葡萄糖监测用传感系统在织物上的集成提供一定的试验基础。Fabric-based carbon electrodes were prepared by silk-screened technology and modified with glucose oxidase.The effects of different external interconnection modes on the electrochemical performance of fabric-based carbon electrodes were investigated,and then the electrochemical performance of electrode sensing system with different fabric densities prepared by the optimal external interconnection mode was evaluated.The results showed that the fabric-based silk-screened electrode could be used in the sensing system for monitoring glucose,and bonding interconnection with two-component epoxy conductive adhesive was conducive to the sensing system obtaining long-term and stable test results,and the fabric density impacted the electrochemical effective area of the electrode for electron transfer during the electrochemical process sensing system.At the same time,the sensitivity of the glucose sensing system prepared by using the optimal solution was 302.86(μA·L)/mol,and the current obtained by the system had good linear response when the glucose concentration was at 50-250μmol/L.The integrated monitoring sensing system can satisfy the detection of trace glucose content in sweat.The research provides a certain experimental basis for integration of the sensing system for monitoring glucose in sweat on fabrics.
