摘　　要：以棉织物医用敷料为基材,碳点/纳米银/聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(CDs/AgNPs/PNIPAM)水凝胶为抗菌剂,采用化学交联与紫外引发一步法合成抗菌水凝胶复合棉织物医用敷料。对不同CDs和AgNPs添加量的CDs/AgNPs/PNIPAM抗菌水凝胶复合棉织物医用敷料的抗菌性能进行对比分析。结果表明,添加22.5 mg CDs和1 mL AgNPs溶液制得的CDs/AgNPs/PNIPAM抗菌水凝胶复合棉织物医用敷料,对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率均超过99%,且相比普通棉织物医用敷料,断裂强力提高了35.7%,满足使用要求。Using cotton fabric medical bandage dressings as the substrate,carbon dots/silver nanoparticles/polynitrogen isopropyl acrylamide(CDs/AgNPs/PNIPAM)hydrogel as antibacterial agent,the antibacterial hydrogel composite cotton fabric medical dressings were synthesized by the one-step method of chemical crosslinking and ultraviolet initiation.The antibacterial properties of CDs/AgNPs/PNIPAM antibacterial hydrogel composite cotton fabric medical dressings with different amounts of CDs and AgNPs were compared and analyzed.The results showed that,when 22.5 mg CDs and 1 mL AgNPs solution were added,the antibacterial rate of CDs/AgNPs/PNIPAM antibacterial hydrogel composite cotton fabric medical dressing against E.coli and S.aureus was both above 99%.In addition,the breaking strength of the dressing was increased by 35.7%compared with ordinary cotton fabric medical dressing,which could meet the requirements of use.
