摘　　要：目的总结女性压力性尿失禁尿道中段悬吊术后排尿障碍管理的最佳证据,为临床实践提供循证依据。方法依据证据的“6S”模型对女性压力性尿失禁尿道中段悬吊术后排尿障碍管理的相关临床指南、证据总结、系统评价、专家共识/意见进行系统检索。检索的数据库为UpToDate、Cochrane Library、PubMed、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台等。检索时限从建库至2023年3月10日。2名研究者评价文献质量和提取证据。结果共纳入12篇文献,包括临床指南5篇、证据总结2篇和专家共识/意见5篇,总结出风险评估、预防、早期识别、治疗、健康教育及随访5个方面共28条最佳证据。结论本证据总结有助于优化女性压力性尿失禁尿道中段悬吊术后排尿障碍的管理,促进患者的术后恢复,医护工作者应结合临床情境和患者文化背景针对性选择证据。Objective To summarize the best evidence on dysuria management for women with stress urinary incontinence(SUI)after mid-urethral sling surgery and provide reference basis for clinical practice.Methods Related clinical guidelines,evidence summary,systematic review and expert consensus/advice on women with SUI after mid-urethral sling surgery were searched systematically by evidence-based“6S”model.UpToDate,Cochrane Library,PubMed,CNKI,Wangfang data,VIP data and other databases were searched from the beginning of database to 10th March 2023.Two researchers evaluated the quality of literature and extracted the evidence.Results Totally 12 articles were included,in which 5 articles were clinical guidelines,2 articles were evidence summaries and 5 articles were expert consensus/advice.Totally 28 items of best evidence in 5 aspects of risk assessment,prevention,early identification,treatment,health education and follow-up were summarized.Conclusion This evidence summary can improve dysuria management and postoperative rehabilitation for women with SUI after mid-urethral sling surgery.Medical staff should choose individual evidences according to clinical situation and cultural background.
