摘　　要：为节省库存成本,提高零售商库存,考虑到当前生鲜零售商库存成本较高的实际情况,在不缺货和没有订货提前期的前提下,建立易变质品的库存订货和保鲜技术投入的联合决策模型。该模型以库存成本最小化为目标,采用直接法对模型求解,并证明所得最优解的唯一性,继而利用Matlab进行数值算例和灵敏度分析。结果发现:当流动环境因子增加时,保鲜投资水平和总成本上升;存储环境因子增加时,保鲜投资水平和总成本降低;单位持有成本增加,最优订货量减少,最优保鲜投资水平增加;当需求发生阶梯突变时,阶梯变化幅度对最优保鲜投资水平以及总成本敏感度较强。建议零售商应用先进的存储及包装技术并加强销售监管来降低变质率,通过精准把握需求,对库存进行及时的收储、清理或促销来减少库存损失。To get cost-saving and improved retailer inventory to address the high inventory cost of perishable food retailers in present business,this paper offers an effective inventory policy for retailers by introducing a decision model for inventory ordering and preservation technology investing of perishable items,ruling out the cases of stock-out and order lead time.The model is aimed to minimize the inventory cost and it is solved by the direct method with proved uniqueness of the optimal solution,and numerical arithmetic and sensitivity analysis are conducted by using Matlab.The results show that the fresh-keeping investment level and the total cost rise with the increase of the mobile environment factor,and the fresh-keeping investment level and the total cost fall with the decrease of the storage environment factor.When the holding cost per unit increases,the optimal order quantity decreases and the optimal preservation investment level increases;the optimal preservation investment level and the total cost are sensitive to the extent of a sudden ladder change in demand when one occurs.It is therefore suggested that retailers should make efforts to lower the deterioration rate by adopting advanced storage and packaging technique and reinforced sales supervision,and reduce inventory loss by precise demand estimation and timely inventory managing and sales promotion.
