摘　　要：在全球产业链供应链价值重构、政治变局不定等多重外部事件的叠加冲击以及我国实现高质量现代化发展的内在要求的背景下,保障产业链供应链安全成为一项重要且紧迫的任务。文章以物流服务业为代表,研究生产性服务业的产业链供应链安全保障和维护策略,通过多案例研究的方法对两家典型的物流服务企业进行分析,在主体要素和结构要素的视角下,提炼归纳物流服务产业链供应链的特征与风险,并相应地提出安全保障和维护策略。从主体要素安全保障和维护的角度,要以技术提升提高技术适配度,以合作共赢化解突发运营风险,以创新方式加强对社会资源的整合利用;从结构要素安全保障和维护的角度,通过调整策略、深化合作协调利益冲突,通过自营、差异化服务减小与同行合作竞争间的利益损失,通过加强安全资质核查、提高安全监管水平避免生产安全问题的连带风险。Given the background of multiple external events,including the reconstruction of global industrial supply chains,unpredicable political changes and the internal requirements of our country for achieving high-quality modernization development,it is an important and urgent task to ensure the security of industrial supply chains.This study focuses on logistics services as a representative and examines the supply chain security strategy of producer services.It analyzes two typical logistics service enterprises using a multi-case study approach.From the perspective of main factors and structural factors,this paper summarizes the characteristics and risks of the supply chain of logistics service industry chain,and puts forward its security strategies accordingly.Regarding main factor security,it is necessary to improve the technology adaptability by technology upgrading,to resolve the sudden operation risk by cooperation and win-win,and to strengthen the integration and utilization of social resources by innovation.With regards to structural factor security,it is crucial to address conflicts through strategy adjustments and enhanced cooperation,mitigate the loss of interests through self-employment and differentiated services,and mitigate the risks associated with production safety problems by strengthening safety qualification verification and improving safety supervision levels.
