摘　　要：畜产品绿色供应链是实现畜牧业绿色可持续发展和牧区现代化的重要载体。文章基于利益相关者理论,围绕企业、产业、社会公众及政府四个维度,深入探讨了草原畜产品绿色供应链形成的驱动因素。在此基础上,立足驱动因素与畜产品供应链绿色化之间的逻辑关系,揭示出草原畜产品绿色供应链的形成机理,即企业通过绿色技术创新等从供给侧提供绿色转型的内生动力、畜牧产业通过产业融合、产业集聚从供给侧指引企业绿色转型的方向、社会公众通过环境关注与环境监督从供需两端激发企业的绿色潜能、政府通过政策制定和体制创新从供需两端激励和保障企业的绿色行为,并最终有效解决供应链绿色转型的“堵点”,助力草原畜产品绿色供应链的形成。围绕发展环境、技术创新、信息化建设和政策保障等方面,提出草原畜产品绿色供应链的优化路径,包括营造畜产品供应链绿色发展环境、构建绿色技术创新体系、加强绿色供应链信息化建设以及加大政府政策保障力度等。This study presents an optimization path for the green supply chain of grassland livestock products focusing on the development environment,technological innovation,information construction,and policy guarantee.The proposed path includes creating a conducive green development environment for the livestock product supply chain,establishing a green technology innovation system,enhancing information construction in the green supply chain,and strengthening government policy support.between driving factors and the greening of the livestock product supply chain,this study reveals the formation mechanism of the green supply chain of grassland livestock products,that is,enterprises provide endogenous impetus for green transformation from the supply side through green technology innovation and other means;the livestock industry guides the direction of green transformation for enterprises from the supply side through industrial integration and agglomeration;the public stimulates the green potential of enterprises from both supply and demand through environmental attention and supervision;the government encourages and safeguards green behavior of enterprises from both supply and demand sides through policy formulation and institutional innovation,and ultimately effectively solves the bottleneck of green transformation in the supply chain,helping to form a green supply chain for grassland livestock products.Finally,the optimization path for the green supply chain of grassland livestock products is proposed aroundthe development environment,technological innovation,information construction,and policy guarantee,including creating a green development environment for the supply chain of livestock products,building a green technology innovation system,strengthening the informatization construction of the green supply chain,and increasing government policy support.
