摘 要:针对清原抽水蓄能电站的联合体建设模式进行的研究与探索表明,通过优势互补、资源整合、分工合作、共担风险,统筹策划,提升联合体核心竞争力,进而实现联合体各方分享中标资源、达到共赢的目的。清原抽水蓄能电站于2017年5月开工建设,工程质量、安全、投资及进度控制方面均取得了合理有效控制,合同及档案管理,一体化协调管控也获得良好效果,受到了建设单位及国家能源局质量监督总站的一致好评,可为工程应用及国内同类型电站建设模式提供借鉴。The EPC consortium construction mode adopted in Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station is studied and explored.With complementary advantages,resource integration,cooperation with appropriate work division;risk sharing;and overall planning,the core competitiveness of the consortium can be enhanced,thereby achieving the goals of sharing bidding resources among all parties and an all-win result.The construction of Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station began in May 2017.The quality,safety,investment and progress of the project have been reasonably and effectively controlled.The management of contracts and archives,as well as the integrated coordination and management have also achieved good results.It received unanimous praise from the construction units and the quality supervision station of the National Energy Administration.The experience can be useful reference for the engineering application in the construction of similar power stations in China.
