摘 要:构建小型水库土石坝安全评价指标体系,通过1-9标度法确定各级指标的判断矩阵,并结合层次分析法对评价指标体系中的各级指标进行权重计算。以浙江省杭州市康门大坝为例验证所提出的安全评价方法,结果表明康门大坝在三级评估体系中判断等级为一级,计算逻辑清晰,评价等级与工程实际情况相符,可供小型水库土石坝工程安全评价参考。A safety evaluation index system for small reservoir embankment dams is established,in which the judgement matrix of each index is determined by 1-9 scale method,and the weight of each index is calculated by analytic hierarchy process.The proposed safety evaluation method is verified with an example of the Kangmen dam in Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province.The results show that the Kangmen dam is rated as level 1 in the three-level evaluation system with a clear calculation logic and the evaluation level is consistent with the actual engineering situation.It can be useful reference for the safety evaluation of small reservoir embankment dam projects.
