摘  要:水轮发电机组正常运行时,其下机架承受机组所有转动部件的重量和水轮机轴向水推力,也是推导轴承、推导冷却系统、制动风闸等设备的支撑结构。白鹤滩水电站共有16台1 000 MW立轴混流式水轮发电机组,其下机架均由整圆中心体和12个支臂构成,机架高程和水平直接影响着机组的安装质量和安全稳定的运行。利用MATLAB设计开发一种计算程序,在下机架安装时,通过输入实际测量的水平、高程值计算出每个支臂的调整量,并以图形的形式输出,优化了工作程序,提高了工作效率。During the normal operation of a hydro-turbine generator unit,its lower bracket bears the weight of all rotating components and the axial water thrust of the turbine.It is also the support structure of equipment such as the thrust and guide bearings,the cooling system and the brake dampers.In Baihetan Hydropower Station,there are a total of 161000 MW vertical shaft mixed flow hydro-turbine generator units.The lower bracket of each unit is composed of a full circle central-body and 12 arms.The elevation and levelness of the bracket directly affect the installation quality and safe and stable operation of the unit.Thus,a calculation code is developed in MATLAB,which can calculate the adjustment amount of each arm and export the result in graphics with inputs of the actual measured levelness and elevation values during the installation of the bracket.The calculation code optimizes the work progress and improves the work efficiency.
