摘 要:基于某海上平台吸力式导管架基础的结构特征,采用ANSYS软件建立其有限元模型,探讨两种典型加强形式对基础连接段受力性能的影响。结果表明,设置加强段可以使导管架与吸力筒形成更合理的受力作用体系;通过增加板厚的方式,两种加强段的整体受力性能均可得到有效改善。相同板厚条件下,平箱式加强段具有更优的受力性能,但需要的钢材较多;实际设计时,需综合考虑实用性和经济性,选择最优方案。Considering the structural characteristics of the suction bucket jacket foundation of an offshore wind power platform,a finite element model is established using ANSYS software to explore the influences of two typical reinforcement forms of the connection section on its mechanical performance.The results show that reinforcement section can make the jacket and the suction bucket to form a more reasonable load-bearing system.By increasing the plate thickness,the overall stress conditions of two reinforcement section forms are both improved effectively.With the same plate thickness,the flat box reinforcement form is of better stress performance,but requires more steel materials.In actual design,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the practicability and the economy and select the optimal scheme.
