摘 要:随着职业教育的深化改革,产教融合已经成为高等院校和企业在培养全日制专业学位硕士研究生的重要模式,本文针对产教融合过程中存在的问题,结合全日制专业学位硕士研究生的培养特点,提出校企在产教融合方面应加强协同合作和完善各种激励机制,实现高校资源和企业资源的共建共享,为全日制专业学位硕士研究生的培养工作提供有益的方法和经验。With the deepening reform of vocational education,the integration of production and education has become an important mode for colleges and enterprises to cultivate full time professional degree postgraduates.In view of the problems in the process of integration of production and education,and combined with the training characteristics of full time professional degree postgraduates,this paper proposes that schools and enterprises should strengthen cooperation and improve various incentive mechanisms in the integration of production and education,so as to realize the co-construction and sharing of university resources and enterprise resources,and provide useful methods and experience for the training of full time professional degree postgraduates.
