摘　　要：中医脉诊现代化研究是利用传感器获取信号进行智能分析的复杂过程,人工智能技术的发展为中医脉诊现代化研究提供了机遇和挑战。本文以中医脉象智能分析方法研究为切入点,系统总结了单点、单部及多点、多部脉图国内外研究现状;在分析现有融合方案基础上提出以中医脉诊理论、信息融合理论为指导,在显性整体特征有效提取的基础上,利用深度学习挖掘隐性特征,构建中医脉象“位、数、形、势”全域特征的脉图融合分析模型及表达模型,通过临床验证优化完善全域特征模型,从而获得表征临床病证的主特征结合,构建中医脉象智能分析新思路。The research on the modernization of TCM pulse diagnosis is a complex process that uses sensors to obtain signals for intelligent analysis.The development of artificial intelligence technology has provided opportunities and challenges for the research on the modernization of TCM pulse diagnosis.This article took the research on the intelligent analysis methods of TCM pulse as the starting point,and systematically summarized the current research status of single point and multi-point pulse information at home and abroad.Based on the analysis of existing fusion schemes,it was proposed that under the guidance of TCM pulse diagnosis theory and information fusion theory,on the basis of effective extraction of the dominant overall features,deep learning should be used to mine the hidden features,and a pulse graph fusion analysis model and expression model for the global features of“position,number,shape,and potential”of TCM pulse were constructed.Through clinical verification,the global feature model is optimized and improved,so as to obtain the combination of main features representing clinical diseases and syndromes,and build a new idea of intelligent analysis of TCM pulse.
