摘　　要：随着生活习惯及人口结构改变,代谢性疾病发病率及病死率逐渐上升。细胞自身生命活动产生的活性氧类物质和外部的损伤因素可对线粒体造成不同程度损伤,继而出现机体代谢紊乱,可能导致代谢性疾病发生、发展。及时清除细胞内衰老、损伤的线粒体对机体代谢具有重要意义。本文对中医药调控线粒体自噬治疗代谢性疾病机制研究作一综述,为该病防治提供参考。With the change of people’s living habits and population structure,the incidence and mortality of metabolic diseases are gradually increasing.Reactive oxygen species produced by cell’s own life activities and external damage factors can cause different degrees of damage to mitochondria.Then there will be metabolic disorder,which may lead to the occurrence and development of metabolic diseases.Timely removal of aging and damaged mitochondria in cells is of great significance to body metabolism.This article reviewed the research on the TCM intervention in metabolic diseases by mitophagy to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of the diseases.
