摘　　要：生态环境系统具有整体性,系统内各环境要素相互关联相互作用,应对其进行整体性保护与治理。随着跨域环境诉讼案件的增多,司法机关逐渐意识到传统的与行政区划高度重合的环境资源司法治理模式难以应对日益复杂的环境诉讼案件。在以生态整体主义为理论基础的指引下,我国的环境资源司法呈现出协同发展的趋势。以协同治理理论为方法论对环境资源司法协同机制进行重新建构,通过环境资源司法机关的内部与外部双向协同,以及司法全过程的协同推动环境资源司法朝向“司法协同”方向发展,并建立相关制度保障确保环境资源司法协同机制能够有效运行,切实发挥其制度效能,实现构建司法协同机制的目标。The ecological environment system has integrity,and all environmental elements in the system are interrelated and interact with each other,so it should be protected and managed as a whole.With the increase of cross-domain environmental litigation cases,the judicial organs have gradually realized that the traditional judicial governance model of environmental resources which is highly overlapping with administrative divisions is difficult to cope with the increasingly complex environmental litigation cases.Under the guidance of ecological holism theory,environmental resource justice in our country presents a trend of collaborative development.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,the judicial coordination mechanism of environment and resources is reconstructed,and the judicial coordination of environment and resources is promoted towards the direction of“judicial coordination”through the internal and external twoway coordination of environmental and resource judicial organs and the coordination of the whole judicial process.Relevant systems are established to ensure that the judicial coordination mechanism of environment and resources can operate effectively and give full play to its institutional effectiveness.To achieve the goal of constructing judicial cooperation mechanism.
