摘 要:2018—2022年开展常州市蚊媒密度、种群特征及季节性消长研究,为常州市蚊虫密度控制及蚊媒传染病的防制提供科学依据。在全市各区(县)选择不同生境包括:居民区、公园、医院、农户及牲畜棚等,采用诱蚊灯法对成蚊进行监测。结果显示,2018—2022年常州市各区(县)共捕获蚊虫50833只,牲畜棚蚊密度最高,为3.31只/(灯·夜)。不同年份中,2018年蚊密度最高,达1.75只/(灯·夜)。2021年蚊密度消长呈单峰曲线形,9月是高峰,为2.36只/(灯·夜),其余年份均呈双峰曲线,高峰为7、9月。不同生境中蚊种构成比不同,其中居民区、公园、医院优势蚊种为淡色库蚊,农户和牲畜棚以三带喙库蚊为优势蚊种。常州市蚊虫种群总构成比以淡色库蚊最高(43.71%),其次为三带喙库蚊(27.08%)。蚊虫密度调查可以为本地区蚊虫防治提供可靠依据,应进一步提高蚊虫密度监测水平,根据监测结果及时采取有针对性的蚊虫控制措施,切实降低本地区蚊虫密度及蚊媒传染病的传播风险。To analyze the densities,composition,and seasonal fluctuations for mosquito populations in Changzhou City and pave a cornerstone to control mosquitoes and prevent mosquito-borne diseases,adult mosquitoes were monitored using lamp-rap methods in five habitats(residential areas,parks,hospital areas,farms,livestock sheds)of Changzhou City.From 2018 to 2022,a total of 50833 mosquitoes was captured in all districts(counties),and the highest density of mosquitoes,3.31 individuals/(lamp·night),occurred in livestock sheds.Among different years,mosquito density was highest in 2018 at 1.75 individuals/(lamp·night).Mosquito density abatement in 2021 was in the shape of a single-peaked curve,with a peak in September at 2.36 mosquitoes/(lamp·night),and the rest of the year was in the shape of a double-peaked curve,with peaks in July and September.Mosquito species composition ratios were different in different habitats,with the dominant mosquito species in residential areas,parks,and hospitals being Culex pipiens pallens,and Cx.tritaeniorhynchus as the dominant mosquito species in farms and livestock sheds.The total composition ratio of mosquito populations in Changzhou City was highest for Cx.pipiens pallens(43.71%),followed by Cx.tritaeniorhynchus(27.08%).Our survey provides a reliable foundation for mosquito surveillance and accurate control of mosquito populations in Changzhou City,which eventually benefits the effective prevention of mosquito-borne infectious diseases in these regions.
