从三焦及营血理论探讨2型糖尿病截断扭转治疗思路

摘　　要：2型糖尿病病机主要在于阴津亏损,以阴虚为本,燥热为标,常兼痰湿、瘀血,病变部位涉及广泛,病机复杂。本文基于三焦及营血理论并结合导师临床经验,从三焦及营血角度阐释糖尿病病机演变规律,以“截断扭转”思想为指导应用透热转气、化痰祛瘀、益气养阴、正确养生调摄,可预防延缓糖尿病的发生发展,防治糖尿病并发症。The pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mainly lies in the yin deficiency and fluid insufficiency,with the yin deficiency as the root cause,dryness and heat as its manifestations,often complicated with phlegm-dampness and blood stasis,whose lesion involves a wide range of locations and whose pathogenesis is complex.Based on the theories of sanjiao and nutrient-blood and combined with the clinical experience,this paper discusses the evolution laws of diabetes pathogenesis from the perspectives of sanjiao and nutrient-blood.It is believed that under the guidance of the thought of"truncation and torsion",the application of clearing heat of yingfen to qifen,dissipating phlegm and dispelling blood stasis,benefiting qi and nourishing yin,and correct health maintenance and rehabilitation can prevent and delay the occurrence and development of diabetes and prevent its complications.
