摘 要:采用多孔坩埚温度梯度法生长了0.6%Pr∶Ca_(x)Sr_(1-x)F_(2)(x=0,0.3,0.5,0.7,1.0)和0.6%Pr,5%R∶Ca_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)F_(2)(R=Y,Lu,Gd)系列碱土氟化物激光晶体,对其晶体结构、吸收和可见波段的荧光光谱及荧光衰减寿命进行了系统研究。通过吸收截面、发射截面、荧光寿命、荧光半峰全宽等光谱参数分析发现,0.6%Pr,5%Y∶Ca_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)F_(2)混晶与其他掺杂混晶相比,具有最佳的光谱效果,443 nm处吸收截面和640 nm处红光发射截面分别为1.63×10^(-20)和3.39×10^(-20)cm^(2),相应荧光半峰全宽和荧光寿命分别为4.50 nm和42.8μs,光谱参数与0.6%Pr∶Ca_(x)Sr_(1-x)F_(2)(x=0,0.3,0.5,0.7,1.0)混晶相比有显著的提升。结果表明,0.6%Pr,5%Y∶Ca_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)F_(2)晶体具有极大的潜力作为新型Pr^(3+)掺杂宽带激光材料的增益介质。In this paper,0.6%Pr∶Ca_(x)Sr_(1-x)F_(2)(x=0,0.3,0.5,0.7,1.0)and 0.6%Pr,5%R∶Ca_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)F_(2)(R=Y,Lu,Gd)crystals were grown by porous crucible temperature gradient technology.The crystal structure,absorption spectra,fluorescence spectra and fluorescence lifetime were systematically analyzed and discussed.Through the analysis of spectral parameters such as absorption cross section,emission cross section,fluorescence lifetime and fluorescence full width at half maximum(FWHM),it is concluded that 0.6%Pr,5%Y∶Ca_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)F_(2)mixed crystals have the best spectral parameter compared with other doped mixed crystals.The corresponding absorption cross sections at 443 nm and red emission cross sections at 640 nm are 1.63×10^(-20)and 3.39×10^(-20)cm^(2),respectively.The FWHM and fluorescence lifetime are fitted to be 4.50 nm and 42.8μs,respectively.The spectral parameters have been greatly improved compared with 0.6%Pr∶Ca_(x)Sr_(1-x)F_(2)(x=0,0.3,0.5,0.7,1.0)mixed crystals.All results show that 0.6%Pr,5%Y∶Ca_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)F_(2)crystals have great potential as gain media for novel Pr^(3+)doped broadband laser material.
